• How does the online quote builder work? Select a product category, choose your diameter, length and any additional options - the unit price updates automatically as you make your selections. Add items to build up your full order, review the running total, then enter your contact details and submit. We will confirm your acoustic attenuator quote or flue pipe pricing in writing, typically within one working day of receiving your submission.
• What products can I request a quote for? The configurator covers the full stocked range: S Series circular spigot attenuators (100-500mm), F Series fan mounted attenuators (315-1250mm), HVAC fan accessories including flanges, anti-vibration mounts and flexible connectors, and the complete Focus Stoves flue pipe and fittings range. All attenuator products are manufactured to BESA DW144 standards. Prices update in real time. For non-standard or bespoke items not in the configurator, contact us directly.
• Are prices shown inclusive of VAT? All prices shown in the configurator are exclusive of VAT. Your formal quotation will itemise product costs, delivery, and VAT separately. If you require a proforma invoice or have a VAT exemption, include a note in the additional information field when submitting your request.
• How quickly will I receive my formal quotation? Standard quote requests are responded to within one working day. For urgent pricing, call us on 02393 200 170 during office hours (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 12pm). We can often provide pricing over the phone immediately for standard range products.
• Can I get a circular silencer price for non-standard or bespoke items? The configurator covers standard stocked sizes only. For a circular silencer price on non-standard diameters or lengths, contact us directly. We also manufacture bespoke rectangular silencers and custom ductwork attenuators to specification - our team will provide a bespoke quotation within 2 to 3 working days.
• Does the quoted price include delivery? Product prices in the configurator are ex works. Delivery is calculated on order weight and destination, and confirmed in your formal quotation. Standard range products ordered before 1pm are despatched for next working day delivery. For large or pallet consignments, our team will advise on timescales and cost at quotation stage.
• Do you offer trade accounts or volume discounts? Yes. M&E contractors and trade customers placing regular orders are welcome to discuss trade account terms with our sales team. Volume pricing on acoustic attenuators, HVAC accessories and Focus Stoves flue pipe is available for high-volume orders - submit a quote request with your estimated volumes and we will include volume pricing in the response.

• What should I include in the additional information field? The more context you provide, the more useful your quotation will be. Include your project name or reference, site delivery address, preferred delivery date, and any special requirements such as acoustic performance targets or non-standard options not covered in the configurator.
